The oven features a 40-inch wide baking chamber with a 32-inch wide conveyor belt and a 73-inch belt length, accommodating pizzas up to 16 inches in diameter. The cooking area length measures 40 inches, giving kitchen staff ample room to move product through consistently. The front-loading design, combined with a glass door and cool-touch handle, allows operators to monitor the bake cycle without opening the chamber. A removable door simplifies cleaning between service periods.
