The single baking chamber is 40 inches wide, supported by a 32-inch belt width and a 73-inch belt length, giving kitchen staff ample room to feed and receive a steady flow of product through the line.

Temperature is fully adjustable between 260°F and 600°F via a digital control and digital display, while cook time is programmable from 1 to 30 minutes to match a wide range of menu items. The impingement heating system delivers targeted, even airflow across the belt, and the front-load design with a removable glass door and cool-touch handle allows safe, efficient loading and unloading during service.
