The Lincoln single-deck gas conveyor oven is a countertop-mounted unit designed for high-throughput pizza and food production in restaurants, pizzerias, and commercial kitchens. Built in the U.S.A., it handles pizzas up to 16 inches in diameter and accommodates a wide range of menu items across cook times spanning 20 seconds to 30 minutes.

Impingement heating technology circulates hot air directly onto the food surface through the 16.75-inch-wide conveyor belt, promoting consistent results across a 24-inch-wide baking chamber. The oven operates on LP gas at 60,000 BTU, with a temperature range of 250°F to 600°F controlled through a touchscreen display that also stores up to 20 programmable recipe presets. An Eco Mode setting reduces energy consumption during idle periods between service rushes.

The unit measures 49 inches (L) x 31.75 inches (W) x 19.1 inches (H) and rests on four legs for stable countertop placement. Hardwired at 120V, 60Hz, single-phase, it connects directly to a fixed electrical supply. The solid door and cool-touch handle support safe daily handling in a busy kitchen environment.
