American Dish 030-2090.0440 Upright Dish Machine is made in America and built from durable stainless steel with a sleek silver finish. Measuring 24.63" W x 30.7" D x 71.4" H, this front-load, high hood machine offers efficient operation for commercial dishwashing needs. It features an inside sump design and 1 door configuration with a door clearance width of 20" and height of 19.25".
This low-temperature machine is equipped with a sustainer heater and a chemical dispensing system, delivering reliable performance with the lowest water usage. It processes up to 30 racks per hour, each using only 1.2 gallons of water per cycle. The total cycle time is 90 seconds, consisting of a 50-second wash, 22-second rinse, and 18-second dwell cycle.
The machine accommodates racks measuring 19.75" in both width and length, and operates with a 1.5 HP motor, 1.125 kW wattage, and 115 V, 20 A, single-phase power. It has a maximum fuse size of 20 A and uses 10–12 AWG wire gauge. The water inlet size is 1/2" and the drain size is 2", with a required water supply temperature of 120°F.
Designed for convenience, this upright dish machine includes a single chemical alarm for maintenance awareness.
