The American Dish Service Upright Dish Machine 027-0090.0123 is a low-temp upright dishwasher designed for commercial use, capable of cleaning 37 racks per hour. Each rack measures 19.75 inches in both width and length. The wash cycle time is 45 seconds, followed by a 30-second rinse cycle, a 15-second dwell cycle, for a total cycle time of 90 seconds.

This corner-style unit is convertible to pass-thru operation and measures 33.5 (W) x 34.25 (D) x 80.87 (H) inches with doors open. The width table to table is 25 inches. Door configuration includes two doors, each with a clearance width of 20.5 inches and clearance height of 20.75 inches.
