The Vulcan 24" Convection Steamer is a two-deck commercial steamer built for restaurant and commercial kitchen operations that need consistent steam cooking across multiple batches. This unit is a direct steam convection steamer, so it connects to an existing steam supply rather than generating steam from a boiler inside the cabinet.
