Product Overview

The Pegasus Gas Pizza Oven from the Firestone Series is designed for commercial kitchen baking operations requiring dual deck capacity. This 2 deck pizza oven features a stainless steel exterior in silver and a heavy duty fully welded angle iron frame for structural support. The unit measures 66.5" (W) x 47.3" (D) x 56.4" (H) and includes heavy duty steel legs for stable floor installation. It is proudly made in America.

Each deck includes a refractory baking bedplate that provides a structured baking surface. The baking chamber dimensions per deck measure 48" (W) x 36" (D) x 8" (H) and feature an aluminized steel interior. The spring-balanced doors are fully insulated, and the oven is fully insulated throughout to support heat retention in commercial baking environments.

This gas-powered oven delivers a total of 130,000 BTU. It operates on natural gas or LP gas and connects through a left-side or rear 3/4" NPT gas connection. The heating system includes independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers for each deck. Thermostatic temperature control adjusts up to 752°F. Combination gas controls include a valve, regulator, and pilot safety.

Additional features include slide-out flame diverters and double-stacking capability for expanded capacity in restaurant settings. The unit is certified CE, ETL Sanitation Listed, and cETLus Listed for commercial use. It includes a 1-year limited warranty by the manufacturer.
