It features a stainless steel exterior in silver and a heavy duty fully welded angle iron frame for structural support. The unit measures 66.5" (W) x 47.3" (D) x 26.4" (H) and includes heavy duty steel legs for stable floor installation. It is proudly made in America.

This 1 deck pizza oven includes a refractory baking bedplate that provides a consistent baking surface. The baking chamber measures 48" (W) x 36" (D) x 8" (H) and features an aluminized steel interior. The door is spring-balanced and fully insulated, and the unit is fully insulated throughout to support heat retention during professional baking operations.

The oven operates on gas with a total output of 65,000 BTU. It supports natural gas or LP gas and connects via a left-side or rear 3/4" NPT gas connection. The heating system includes independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers. It also features combination gas controls with valve, regulator, and pilot safety. Thermostatic temperature control adjusts up to 752°F.

Additional features include slide-out flame diverters and double-stacking capability for expanded capacity in restaurant kitchens. The unit is certified CE, ETL Sanitation Listed, and cETLus Listed for commercial use. It includes a 1-year limited warranty by the manufacturer.
