The Fetco M1221US-1X117-PM001 Extractor Plus™ Single Tea/Coffee Brewer is designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, and HORECA beverage service. It has a 4.4-gallon capacity, one brewer, and digital programming for the specified tea and coffee brewing configuration.

Constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish, the brewer operates on electric power with a 1-phase configuration. It features a 13" x 5" metal brew basket, a 2.66-gallon tank capacity, and a 1/4-inch water inlet.

The electrical specifications include 2+G wires and a 1 x 1.7 kW / 120 V heater configuration. The brewer has a specified minimum flow rate of 1.5 gpm, a water pressure requirement of 20-75 psig, and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
