Built with a durable stainless steel exterior, it supports consistent performance while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for undercounter or front-of-house installations.
This high-temperature glasswasher operates on a 2-minute wash cycle and processes up to 30 racks per hour, supporting steady service during peak hours. With a 16" x 16" rack size and a 12-gallon capacity, it accommodates a wide range of glassware commonly used in bars, cafés, and restaurants.
The DSP3 uses just 1/2 gallon of water per cycle and features stainless steel rotating wash arms on both the top and bottom for thorough coverage. Integrated wash and rinse thermometers, along with thermocontrol temperature management, support consistent wash results throughout continuous operation.
A built-in rinse aid dispenser, gravity drain system, and digital controls contribute to streamlined operation. Operating at a low 45 dB noise level, this unit supports quieter service areas. Safety is supported by a door opening safety device that stops operation when the door is opened.
