Vulcan 24S-4B 24" 4 Burner Gas Range, Standard Oven, Natural Gas

The Vulcan Endurance 24" Gas Range with Oven is a free-standing commercial kitchen range built for restaurant lines that need four open burners and a full-size oven in a compact footprint. It is proudly made in America and constructed with a stainless steel exterior and an aluminized steel frame.

The top section carries four cast iron open burners rated at 30,000 BTU each, with lift-off heads and cast iron grates that measure 12" x 12 1/2" in front and 12" x 14 1/2" in the rear. A shrouded flash tube pilot system uses one pilot per two burners, and a pull-out crumb tray sits below the cooking surface for food handling cleanup.

The standard oven below delivers 23,000 BTU and operates from 250°F to 500°F. Its porcelain interior measures 20.375" wide by 27" deep by 13.5" high and holds full size sheet pans across four rack positions. Two oven racks are included, and the unit ships with stainless steel adjustable legs that are 6 inches tall.

The range measures 24" wide by 34" deep by 57" high and connects to natural gas with a 1" gas connection. It requires 6 inches of rear clearance and 10 inches of side clearance to combustibles. The unit is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified, and it includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
