The Vulcan Endurance 36" Gas Range with Griddle & Oven is a freestanding commercial kitchen unit built for restaurants that need open burners and a griddle in one footprint. It combines two open-top burners with a 24-inch thermostatic griddle and a standard oven below, all mounted on stainless steel adjustable legs.

The two cast iron open burners deliver 30,000 BTU each and use lift-off heads for cleaning, while the 24-inch steel griddle plate is 3/4 inch thick and runs on thermostatic control with 35,000 BTU. A shrouded flash tube pilot system serves one pilot per two burners. The oven adds 35,000 BTU and holds full-size sheet pans across two included racks and four rack positions, with an interior measuring 26.375 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13.875 inches high.

Total output is 135,000 BTU on natural gas with a 3/4-inch gas connection. The unit stands 58 inches high, 36 inches wide, and 34 inches deep, and ships at 570 pounds. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded, the exterior is stainless steel in silver, and a pull-out crumb tray sits below the griddle. Clearance to combustibles is 6 inches at the rear and 10 inches at the sides.
