Vulcan 36C-36GT 36" Gas Range, Full Griddle & Convection Oven, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan Endurance 36" Gas Range with Griddle & Convection Oven is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need a full griddle top and a convection oven in one footprint. It suits restaurant lines, cafes, and catering operations where both flat-top cooking and oven space are used throughout service.

The top is a full 36-inch griddle with a 3/4-inch steel plate and thermostatic control, so the cooking surface holds a set temperature between 250°F and 500°F. The stainless steel body sits on a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, and a pull-out crumb tray and drip tray help keep the cooking area clean during shifts.

Below the griddle, the convection oven has a porcelain interior measuring 26.375 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13.875 inches high. It comes with two oven racks and four rack positions, accepts full-size sheet pans, and delivers 35,000 BTU. Total output is 95,000 BTU on liquid propane, with a 3/4-inch gas connection and 4 amps of electrical draw.

The unit measures 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high and ships at 660 pounds. It is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
