The Vulcan Endurance 36" Gas Range with Griddle & Convection Oven is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need a full griddle top and a convection oven in one footprint. The top is a full 36-inch steel griddle with a 3/4-inch plate thickness and manual griddle control, giving the chef direct command over the cooking surface. The single convection oven below has a porcelain interior measuring 26.375 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13.875 inches high, with four rack positions and two oven racks included. The oven runs on 35,000 BTU and reaches temperatures from 250°F to 500°F, while total output for the range is 95,000 BTU on natural gas.

The body is stainless steel with a silver finish, an aluminized steel frame, and fully MIG welded construction for stability in daily use. It stands on 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, connects to a 3/4-inch gas line, and includes a pull-out crumb tray and drip tray for routine cleaning. Clearance to combustibles is 6 inches at the rear and 10 inches at the sides. The unit is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America.
