Below the griddle sits a single convection oven with a 35,000 BTU burner, porcelain interior, and an interior measuring 26.375 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13.875 inches high. Two oven racks and four rack positions are included, and the oven holds full-size sheet pans. The temperature range runs from 250°F to 500°F.

The unit stands on 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and has a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame with stainless steel exterior in silver. It connects to a 3/4-inch gas line and requires 6 inches rear and 10 inches side clearance to combustibles. It is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
