Vulcan 36C-2B24GT 36" 2 Burner Gas Range, Griddle & Convection Oven, Natural Gas

The Vulcan Endurance 36" Gas Range with Griddle & Convection Oven is a freestanding commercial kitchen unit built for restaurant lines that need both open-burner cooking and a thermostatic griddle in one footprint. Its stainless steel body and aluminized steel frame suit daily food handling, while the silver finish keeps the unit easy to wipe down between services.

The top configuration pairs two open top burners with lift-off heads and cast iron grates with a 24-inch steel griddle controlled thermostatically. Each burner delivers 30,000 BTU and the griddle adds 35,000 BTU, for a total of 135,000 BTU across the range. A shrouded flash tube pilot system uses one pilot per two burners, and a pull-out crumb tray sits below the cooking surface.

Below the cooktop, the convection oven provides 35,000 BTU and a temperature range of 250°F to 500°F. The oven interior measures 26.375 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13.875 inches high, and it ships with two oven racks and four rack positions. Full-size sheet pans fit inside, and the 3/4-inch gas connection feeds natural gas at 4 amps.

The range stands on 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and measures 36 inches wide, 34 inches deep, and 58 inches high, with a shipping weight of 630 pounds. Clearance to combustibles is 6 inches at the rear and 10 inches at the sides. It is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
