Vulcan 36C-2B24G 36" 2 Burner Gas Range, Griddle & Convection Oven, Natural Gas

The Vulcan Endurance 36" Gas Range with Griddle & Convection Oven is a freestanding commercial gas range built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. It combines two open top burners with a 24-inch griddle and a full-size convection oven, giving a chef multiple cooking methods in one 36-inch footprint.

The two open top burners are rated at 30,000 BTU each and use cast iron lift-off heads, while the 24-inch steel griddle adds 35,000 BTU for flat-top cooking. The convection oven delivers 35,000 BTU and holds temperatures from 250°F to 500°F, with an interior measuring 26.375 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13.875 inches high. Two oven racks and four rack positions are included, and the oven accepts full-size sheet pans.

The unit is built with a stainless steel exterior and an aluminized steel frame that is fully MIG welded. It stands on 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and connects to natural gas with a 3/4-inch gas connection. A pull-out crumb tray and drip tray support routine cleaning, and the shrouded flash tube pilot system uses one pilot per two burners. Clearance to combustibles is 6 inches at the rear and 10 inches at the sides. The range is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.

With a total output of 135,000 BTU and a shipping weight of 630 pounds, this range is suited to commercial kitchens that need a compact gas range with griddle and oven in a single freestanding unit. The 36-inch width, 34-inch depth, and 58-inch height fit standard range lines, and the manual griddle control allows direct heat adjustment during service.
