Vulcan 36C-2B24CBP 36" 2 Burner Gas Range, Charbroiler & Convection Oven, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan Endurance 36" Gas Range with Charbroiler and Convection Oven is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need both open-burner cooking and a charbroiler in one footprint. It is suited to restaurant lines where space is limited and output matters.

The top configuration pairs two open burners with a 36-inch charbroiler on the right. Burners are cast iron with lift-off heads and deliver 30,000 BTU each, while the charbroiler section adds a separate cooking surface. The unit runs on liquid propane and connects to a 3/4-inch gas line.

Below the cooktop, a single convection oven provides 35,000 BTU and a temperature range of 250°F to 500°F. The porcelain interior measures 26.375 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13.875 inches high, and the oven ships with two racks and four rack positions for full-size sheet pans. A pull-out crumb tray and a drip tray help contain debris during service.

The range stands on 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and has a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame. Overall dimensions are 36 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 58 inches high, and the shipping weight is 630 pounds. It is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
