Vulcan 36S-2B24GT 36" 2 Burner Gas Range, Griddle & Standard Oven, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan Endurance 36" Gas Range with Griddle & Oven is a freestanding commercial gas range built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. It combines two open-top burners with a 24-inch thermostatic griddle and a standard oven in a single 36-inch wide unit, making it a fit for lines that need both range-top cooking and baking capacity in one footprint.

The two open-top burners use cast iron grates and lift-off heads, with a shrouded flash tube pilot system that provides one pilot per two burners. The right-side griddle has a 3/4-inch steel plate and thermostatic control, and a pull-out crumb tray sits below. The oven is a standard gas oven with a 35,000 BTU rating, two racks, and four rack positions, and it holds full-size sheet pans. The oven interior measures 26.375 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13.875 inches high, and the temperature range runs from 250°F to 500°F.

The range body is stainless steel with an aluminized steel frame that is fully MIG welded, and it stands on 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs. Total output is 135,000 BTU across the burners, griddle, and oven. The unit is 36 inches wide, 34 inches deep, and 58 inches tall, and it connects to liquid propane gas through a 3/4-inch gas connection. Clearance to combustibles is 6 inches at the rear and 10 inches at the sides. The range is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. Shipping weight is 570 pounds. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
