Vulcan 36C-2B24G 36" 2 Burner Gas Range, Griddle & Convection Oven, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan Endurance 36" Gas Range with Griddle & Convection Oven is a freestanding commercial kitchen unit built for restaurants that need open burners and a griddle in one footprint. Its stainless steel body and aluminized steel frame suit daily food handling, while the silver finish keeps the line easy to wipe down.

The top configuration pairs two open burners with a 24-inch right-side griddle. Each open top burner has a lift-off head and cast iron grate, and the griddle uses a 3/4-inch steel plate with manual control. A shrouded flash tube pilot system runs one pilot per two burners, and a pull-out crumb tray sits below the griddle.

Below the cooktop, the convection oven provides 26.375-inch interior width, 24-inch depth, and 13.875-inch height, with four rack positions and two oven racks included. The oven runs from 250°F to 500°F and accepts full-size sheet pans. Total output is 135,000 BTU, split across 30,000 BTU burners, a 35,000 BTU griddle, and a 35,000 BTU oven. The unit connects to liquid propane at 3/4 inch and draws 4 amps.

The range stands on 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and measures 36 inches wide, 34 inches deep, and 58 inches high, with a shipping weight of 630 pounds. Clearance to combustibles is 6 inches at the rear and 10 inches at the sides. It is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified, and is proudly made in America. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
