Vulcan 36C-6B 36" 6 Burner Gas Range, Convection Oven, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan Endurance 36" Gas Range with Convection Oven is a free-standing commercial gas range built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. It combines six open-top burners with a full-size convection oven, giving chefs a single unit for stovetop and oven cooking.

The cooktop has six open-top burners with lift-off heads and cast iron grates, each rated at 30,000 BTU for a total of 212,000 BTU across the range. The grates are easy lift-off and measure 12" x 12 1/2" in front and 12" x 14 1/2" in the rear. A shrouded flash tube pilot system with one pilot per two burners supports ignition.

The convection oven provides 32,000 BTU and a temperature range of 200°F to 550°F. Its interior measures 26.375" wide, 24.5" deep, and 13.5" high, with a porcelain interior and two oven racks across four rack positions. The oven accepts full-size sheet pans. A pull-out crumb tray and a drip tray are included.

The range stands on 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and has a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame. It requires a 1" gas connection for liquid propane and draws 4 amps. Clearance to combustibles is 6" at the rear and 10" at the sides. The unit is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
