Vulcan 36S-2B24CBP 36" 2 Burner Gas Range, Charbroiler & Standard Oven, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan 36" Gas Range with Charbroiler & Oven is a freestanding commercial kitchen unit designed for restaurants that need flexible cooking in a compact footprint. It combines two open top burners with a 36" charbroiler and a standard oven, all in a stainless steel body with a silver finish.

The two cast iron open top burners deliver 30,000 BTU each and feature lift-off heads for easy cleaning. The right-side charbroiler provides additional cooking surface, while the aluminized steel frame and fully MIG welded construction support daily use. The unit operates on liquid propane and connects via a 3/4" gas line.

The standard oven offers a temperature range of 250°F to 500°F and 35,000 BTU, with a porcelain interior that measures 26.375" wide, 24" deep, and 13.875" high. Two oven racks and four rack positions are included, accommodating full-size sheet pans. A pull-out crumb tray and drip tray help manage spills.

The range stands on 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and requires 6" rear and 10" side clearance from combustibles. It is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
