Vulcan 36S-2B24CBN 36" 2 Burner Gas Range, Charbroiler & Standard Oven, Natural Gas

The Vulcan Endurance 36" Gas Range with Charbroiler and Oven is a free-standing commercial kitchen unit built for restaurant lines that need open burners and a charbroiler in one footprint. It is proudly made in America and combines a stainless steel exterior with an aluminized steel frame for daily food handling.

The top configuration pairs two open burners with a right-side charbroiler. Each open top burner delivers 30,000 BTU and uses a lift-off head with a cast iron grate, while the 36" charbroiler section adds a separate cooking surface. A shrouded flash tube pilot system provides one pilot per two burners, and a pull-out crumb tray sits below the cooking area.

The standard oven below offers 35,000 BTU and a temperature range of 250°F to 500°F. Its porcelain interior measures 26.375" wide by 24" deep by 13.875" high, and it ships with two oven racks and four rack positions. The range connects to natural gas through a 3/4" connection and stands on 6" stainless steel adjustable legs.

Overall dimensions are 36" wide by 34" deep by 58" high, with a shipping weight of 610 pounds. Clearance to combustibles is 6" at the rear and 10" at the sides. The unit is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
