Vulcan 36C-2B24CBN 36" 2 Burner Gas Range, Charbroiler & Convection Oven, Natural Gas

The Vulcan Endurance 36" gas range with charbroiler and convection oven is a freestanding unit built for commercial kitchens that need both open-burner cooking and a charbroiler in one footprint. It is proudly made in America and constructed with a stainless steel exterior and an aluminized steel frame.

The cooktop has two open top burners with lift-off heads and cast iron grates, plus a 36" charbroiler on the right side. The burners deliver 30,000 BTU each, and the charbroiler adds to the total 159,000 BTU output. A shrouded flash tube pilot system provides one pilot per two burners.

The convection oven below has a porcelain interior measuring 26.375" wide by 24" deep by 13.875" high, with a temperature range of 250°F to 500°F. It comes with two oven racks and four rack positions, and accepts full-size sheet pans. The oven is rated at 35,000 BTU.

The range stands on 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and connects to natural gas with a 3/4" connection. It requires 4 amps and clearances of 6" at the rear and 10" at the sides from combustibles. It includes a pull-out crumb tray and is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
