The Vulcan 36" Heavy Duty Gas Range is a modular, battery-mounted gas range built for commercial kitchens that need a compact, high-output cooking station. With four cast iron burners and a stainless steel body, it suits restaurant lines, hotel kitchens, and catering operations where durability and heat output matter.

Each of the four cast iron burners delivers 33,000 BTU, for a total output of 132,000 BTU across the range. Individual pilots and controls for each burner let cooks manage separate pots and pans at the same time. The cast iron grates support heavy cookware and are built for daily use.

The range measures 36 inches wide, 36.75 inches deep, and 36 inches high, with a 4-inch stainless steel stub riser at the back. Adjustable stainless steel legs, 6 inches tall, allow the unit to be leveled on uneven floors. It connects to liquid propane gas through a 1 1/4-inch gas connection and is designed for modular or battery-mounted installation.
