Vulcan 24S-4B 24" 4 Burner Gas Range, Standard Oven, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan Endurance 24" Gas Range with Oven is a freestanding commercial gas range built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. It combines four open top burners with a standard oven in a single 24-inch wide footprint, making it a fit for limited line space where both range-top and oven cooking are needed.

The four open top burners use cast iron grates and lift-off heads, with a shrouded flash tube pilot system that serves one pilot per two burners. The 12" x 12 1/2" front and 12" x 14 1/2" rear grates are easy to lift off for cleaning, and a pull-out crumb tray sits below. Total output is 133,000 BTU, split between 30,000 BTU per burner and a 23,000 BTU standard oven.

The oven interior is porcelain-lined and measures 20.375" wide by 27" deep by 13.5" high, with a temperature range of 250°F to 500°F. Two oven racks and four rack positions are included, and the oven accepts full size sheet pans. The range body is stainless steel in silver, built on a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame with stainless steel adjustable 6-inch legs.

This unit runs on liquid propane gas and connects to a 1-inch gas line. It is free standing and requires 6 inches of rear clearance and 10 inches of side clearance to combustibles. It is CSA Certified, CSA Design Certified, and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer. Shipping weight is 350 pounds.
