The Turbo Air TARG-4B24G gas range is a freestanding commercial cooking solution designed for high-output kitchens that require burner, griddle, and oven flexibility in a single footprint. Built with a heavy-gauge welded stainless steel frame, it supports continuous use in restaurant and foodservice environments.This 48" gas range features four open burners with cast iron grates and a 24" thermostat-controlled griddle positioned on the right side. Each burner delivers 32,000 BTU/hr, contributing to a total output of 235,000 BTU for demanding cooking operations.The unit includes two standard ovens with wrap-around full stainless steel interiors. Each oven supports a temperature range from 250°F to 550°F and includes one stainless steel rack. Pilot light valves and fully adjustable thermostats allow controlled heat management across burners, griddle, and ovens.Designed for natural gas, the range connects via a 3/4" gas inlet and operates at 5" W.C. inlet pressure. Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs, a high shelf, lift-off stainless steel riser, and a full-size pull-out crumb tray support daily kitchen workflows and cleaning routines.
