Each of the 4 burners delivers 30,000 BTU, and the range draws a combined total of 153,000 BTU across all burners and the oven. The standard oven below runs at 33,000 BTU with a thermostat range of 200°F to 500°F, and holds two oven racks inside a porcelain-coated bottom and side-guide interior measuring 20.1 inches wide, 22.4 inches deep, and 13.8 inches tall. Cast iron grates sized 12 inches by 12 inches sit above each burner, and a standing pilot light provides continuous ignition protection across the cooktop.
