The Serv-Ware SGR-4B 24" Restaurant Range is designed for restaurants, cafeterias, and commercial kitchens requiring a compact cooking station with open burners and an integrated oven. It is constructed with a stainless steel front and galvanized sides, providing durability in high-use kitchen environments. The unit features four 30,000 BTU open burners. The range includes a fully welded frame, supporting overall stability during operation.The cooking surface uses heavy-duty cast iron grates, supported by a pull-out crumb tray with rounded edges that helps reduce heat transfer during cleaning. The oven section includes one oven with a 31,000 BTU U-shaped burner and a thermostat that adjusts from 250°F to 550°F, offering flexibility for baking and heating tasks. Inside the oven are two oven racks with four rack positions.The range measures 24" (W) x 32.6" (D) x 60" (H) and provides a 36.02" work surface height for accessible cooking. It includes 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for leveling on uneven commercial kitchen floors. The unit operates on natural gas with a 3/4" gas connection and is supplied with an LP conversion kit when propane use is required. Additional construction elements include a nickel-plated plate, stainless steel pilot, and manual and thermostat controls. The model is freestanding and is cETLus and ETL Sanitation listed, supporting commercial compliance requirements. It includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty by the manufacturer.
