The Garland Cuisine Series 36" Hot Top Gas Range is a commercial gas range built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. It combines a 36 inch wide hot top plate with three burners and a storage base, giving chefs a dedicated cooking station for high-volume line work.

Each of the three hot plate burners delivers 25,000 BTU, for a total of 75,000 BTU across the unit. The hot top plate provides a flat cooking surface for pans, skillets, and stockpots, while manual controls let the operator adjust heat directly. The range runs on liquid propane and connects with a 1-1/4" NPT gas connection, with an inlet gas pressure range of 7" WC to 11" WC.

The unit measures 36" wide, 39.375" deep, and 43.25" high, and it ships at 427 pounds. Stainless steel construction covers the body and the burner box, and the range sits on 6 inch stainless steel adjustable legs that help level the unit on uneven commercial kitchen floors.
