The range is equipped with cast iron open-top burners delivering 30,000 BTU per burner, along with heavy-duty cast iron grates measuring 12 × 12 inches for stable cookware support. A stainless steel insulated oven door and cool-to-the-touch deck improve safety and efficiency during operation.The two standard ovens offer strong baking and roasting performance with a combined oven output of 33,000 BTU per hour each. With a temperature range from 200°F to 550°F and thermostat controls, the ovens ensure consistent and precise heat management for a wide variety of dishes.
