This gas range operates on natural gas with a 3/4 in NPT rear gas connection, fitting common commercial kitchen gas lines.

With a total output of 478,000 BTU, including a 27,000 BTU griddle and 27,000 BTU oven capacity, it supports combined cooking processes such as boiling, sautéing, and griddle cooking. The flat stainless steel plate with a 24 in griddle plate size provides a designated cooking surface for items requiring even heat distribution. The manual control type and standing pilot ignition system allow direct flame management during food handling tasks.

The unit includes two standard ovens with U-shape oven burners, each offering a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F and an oven BTU rating of 27,000 BTU. Each oven contains four oven racks, with internal dimensions of 26.6 in width, 26 in depth, and 14 in height, supporting batch cooking in restaurant environments.
