Standard Range 60" Gas Range, 24" Step-Up Griddle & 2 Oven, 6 Burners, Natural Gas - 306,000 BTU

The Standard Range 60-inch commercial gas range is designed for high-volume restaurant and commercial kitchen operations that require versatile cooking capacity in a single unit. It combines six open burners, a 24-inch griddle, and two standard ovens, giving kitchen staff multiple cooking zones on one piece of equipment.

Each of the six burners delivers 30,000 BTU, and the two ovens each output 33,000 BTU, for a combined total of 306,000 BTU across the unit. The ovens measure 25.8 inches wide by 22.4 inches deep by 13.8 inches tall, with a temperature range of 200 degrees F to 500 degrees F, and each oven interior features porcelain-coated side guides and a porcelain-coated bottom for easier cleaning. Four oven racks are included across the two cavities. The unit stands 60.7 inches tall and measures 60 inches long by 32 inches deep, with a product weight of 710 pounds.

The range features cast iron grates sized at 12 inches by 12 inches with an aeration bowl design, a stainless steel front, back riser, and lift-off shelf, and a cool-to-the-touch front stainless steel deck. A full-width pull-out crumb tray simplifies daily cleanup, and a drip tray is also included. Safety is addressed through a standing pilot light for each individual burner. A flue located at the back of the unit provides ventilation clearance behind the range. The welded frame construction adds structural stability for a busy line.

The unit ships ready for natural gas connection via a 3/4-inch gas connection, and an LP conversion kit is included for operations that require liquid propane. Six casters are fitted, three with brakes and three without, for controlled repositioning on the kitchen floor. Legs are available as an optional configuration. The range arrives CSA Certified, cCSAus listed, CSA Sanitation certified, and CSA Design Certified. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
