The Cookline 60-inch commercial gas range is designed for high-volume restaurant and commercial kitchen operations that require a combination of open burner cooking, griddle surface, and oven capacity in a single unit. With six open top burners, a 24-inch griddle, and two standard ovens, this range addresses the core demands of a busy kitchen line.

Each of the six cast iron U-shaped open top burners delivers 30,000 BTU, while the two standard ovens each produce 31,000 BTU/hr with a temperature range of 250°F to 550°F. The ovens measure 26.6 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 13.9 inches tall and together hold four oven racks, giving kitchen staff meaningful capacity for roasting, baking, and holding. Total BTU output across the unit reaches 278,000 BTU/hr. Gas connection is made through a 3/4-inch NPT rear connection, and a natural gas configuration is standard with an LP conversion kit included for operations using propane.
