The Cookline 60-inch commercial gas range is a heavy-duty natural gas unit built for high-volume cooking in restaurants, catering operations, and commercial kitchens that need sustained output across multiple burners and ovens simultaneously.

The range features 10 open-top cast iron burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU, delivering a combined total of 362,000 BTU/hr across the entire unit. The cast iron grates measure 12 inches by 12 inches and are removable for cleaning. An anti-clogging pilot cover sits under each grate to protect the pilot flame from spills and debris. A pull-out crumb tray with an angled handle front makes routine cleanup more manageable during a busy service. The stainless steel handles and a stainless steel back riser complete the cooktop section, while a bottom kick plate adds a finished, durable base.

Below the cooktop, two U-shape standard ovens each produce 31,000 BTU/hr and hold temperatures between 250 degrees F and 550 degrees F via thermostat control. Each oven cavity measures 26.6 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 13.9 inches high and comes fitted with chrome-plated racks. Four oven racks are included across both cavities. A thermal coupling safety valve is built into the oven system as a safety feature.
