The Standard Range 60-inch commercial gas range is built for high-volume restaurants, catering kitchens, and institutional food service operations that need serious cooking capacity in a single unit. Constructed from stainless steel with a welded frame structure and stainless steel back riser, it is designed to hold up under the continuous demands of a busy commercial kitchen.

Ten open top burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU, deliver a combined 300,000 BTU of surface cooking power, while two standard ovens each rated at 33,000 BTU/hr bring total output to 366,000 BTU/hr. The cast iron burners and 12" x 12" cast iron grates are built to withstand sustained high-heat use across a full service shift. A full-width removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup between uses.

Each of the two ovens measures 25.8" (W) x 22.4" (D) x 13.8" (H) and holds two oven racks, giving four racks total across both cavities. Thermostat control allows cooks to dial oven temperature anywhere from 200°F to 550°F with precision. The rear flue system directs exhaust away from the cooking surface, and a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection accommodates standard commercial kitchen plumbing. The unit ships with an LP conversion kit for kitchens that may switch fuel sources.

The range measures 60" (L) x 32" (D) x 60.7" (H) and weighs 621 pounds. Six casters, three of which include brakes, make repositioning straightforward while allowing the unit to be locked in place during service. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
