The Prepline 36-inch commercial gas range is a freestanding natural gas unit designed for restaurants, catering operations, and commercial kitchens that need high-output cooking with a combined griddle and oven setup in a single footprint.

The full 36-inch smooth griddle top delivers a wide, even cooking surface suited to high-volume breakfast, brunch, or short-order service. Three open burners contribute to a total output of 90,000 BTU, while the standard oven below runs on 30,000 BTU and reaches temperatures between 250°F and 550°F. The oven interior measures 26.8 inches wide by 25.7 inches deep by 13 inches tall, and comes equipped with two chrome oven racks. Manual controls with metal knobs give kitchen staff direct, straightforward adjustment of each burner and the oven.

Built from stainless steel with a welded frame construction, the unit stands on standard legs and has a finished height of 60.36 inches, a depth of 32.73 inches, and a width of 36 inches, making it compatible with standard commercial kitchen line configurations.
