The Standard Range 36-inch commercial gas range is a freestanding, liquid propane unit suited for high-volume restaurant and commercial kitchen operations that require both open-burner cooking and oven capacity in a single footprint.

Six burners each deliver 30,000 BTU, bringing the open-top output to 180,000 BTU, while the single standard oven below adds 33,000 BTU for a combined total of 213,000 BTU. The oven thermostat adjusts from 200°F to 500°F and the interior measures 25.8 inches wide by 22.4 inches deep by 13.8 inches high, with a porcelain-coated bottom and side guides and two removable oven racks. Manual controls keep operation straightforward for kitchen staff during busy service.

The unit is constructed in stainless steel with a cool-to-the-touch front stainless steel deck, a stainless steel back riser with a lift-off shelf, and a welded frame for structural stability. Cast iron grates measuring 12 by 12 inches sit over each burner, and a full-width pull-out crumb tray simplifies cleanup between shifts. An aeration bowl supports consistent flame quality, and a standing pilot light provides continuous ignition readiness. Ventilation is handled through a rear flue vent.
