The Prepline 36-inch commercial gas range is a natural gas cooking unit built for busy restaurant and commercial kitchen environments. It features six open burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU, delivering a combined output of 210,000 BTU across the cooktop. Manual controls give kitchen staff straightforward, direct management of each burner during service.

The range includes a standard oven beneath the cooktop, also rated at 30,000 BTU, with an interior measuring 26.8 inches wide by 25.7 inches deep by 13 inches tall. The oven operates between 200°F and 500°F, with a maximum oven temperature of 550°F, and comes fitted with two chrome oven racks. The step-up design positions the cooktop surface higher, improving ergonomics during extended cooking sessions.

Built from stainless steel with a welded frame, the unit features a stainless steel front, back riser, and lift-off shelf, along with a cool-to-the-touch stainless steel front deck.
