It features six open burners and one convection oven in a single welded stainless steel unit, measuring 36.1 inches wide by 31.45 inches deep by 60.7 inches tall and weighing 375 pounds.

Each of the six burners delivers 30,000 BTU, and the convection oven operates at 33,000 BTU, bringing the total output to 213,000 BTU. The standing pilot light provides consistent ignition across all burners, and manual controls give kitchen staff straightforward, hands-on operation. Cast iron grates measuring 12 inches by 12 inches support heavy cookware, while a full-width pull-out crumb tray below makes daily cleanup more manageable on a busy line.

The convection oven interior measures 25.8 inches wide by 22.4 inches deep by 13.8 inches tall, with a porcelain-coated bottom and side guides that are easier to wipe down between services.
