The Cookline 24" Commercial Gas Range with Oven is a freestanding, natural gas unit built for restaurants, diners, and commercial kitchens that need reliable, high-output cooking in a compact footprint. Constructed from stainless steel with a welded frame, this range delivers a combined total output of 151,000 BTU across its four open lift-off burners and a single standard oven.

Each of the four cast iron burners produces 30,000 BTU and sits on a 12" x 12" cast iron grate, with removable grates making cleanup straightforward during busy service. The open lift-off burner design and standby stainless steel pilot with an anti-clogging pilot cover support consistent ignition, while a thermal coupling safety valve adds a layer of operational safety. Manual controls keep operation intuitive for any kitchen staff member.

The standard oven beneath the cooktop runs on a U-shape oven burner rated at 31,000 BTU, with a thermostat adjustable from 250°F to 550°F. The oven interior measures 20.5" wide, 26" deep, and 13.9" tall, and accommodates two oven racks. The stainless steel oven door is fitted with a stainless steel handle, and kick plate access keeps the lower section serviceable.
