The programmable computer control manages temperatures from 200°F to 390°F, while the 50 lb oil capacity and single fry tank support batch cooking with two included fryer baskets. The 16 gauge stainless steel fry tank and stainless steel body in silver finish are designed for daily commercial use.

A built-in KleenScreen PLUS filter system includes an 18 gauge stainless steel filter pan with 56 lbs capacity, 220 sq. in filter area, and a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM pump moving 8 gal/min. The 1 1/4" full-port ball-type drain valve supports safe oil handling. The unit stands on four 6-inch legs and measures 15.5" wide, 34.375" deep, and 39.4375" high, with a shipping weight of 210 lbs. It is CSA Design Certified, NSF Certified, and Energy Star rated. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
