The ProKitchen Series 16" Electric Floor Fryer is designed for restaurants and commercial kitchen frying stations. This silver electric floor fryer uses stainless steel and aluminum construction, with one fry pot and a listed 40 lb oil capacity.

The fryer measures 15.75" (L) x 27.2" (W) x 44" (H). It has four 6-inch steel legs with 1-inch adjustment and a welded frame structure.

The electric fryer uses 240 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz power with a listed 14 kW wattage and 34 A rating. Its listed features include a hardwired plug type, power switch, and indicator light.

Two fry baskets are included with a fryer basket hanger plate and basket support rack. The 14" W x 14" D fryer pot includes a wide cold zone, tube burner style, and no split pot. It includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty by the manufacturer.
