The Standard Range electric floor fryer is a single-pot, floor-standing unit built for high-volume frying in a commercial kitchen. Rated at 15.26 kW and 240V single-phase with a hardwire connection, it draws 64 amperes and suits restaurants, food service operations, and commissary kitchens that need consistent frying output throughout service.

The stainless steel fry-pot measures 14" W x 16.7" D and holds up to 50 lb of oil, giving a busy fry line the capacity to handle large batches without frequent oil changes. Fully submerged tubular heating elements transfer heat directly into the oil, and a wide cold zone below the elements collects food debris to help extend oil life. Temperature adjustment is manual, spanning 86°F to 374°F, so chefs set the precise frying temperature for each menu item.

The unit ships with two twin fryer baskets and a basket hanger plate that keeps drained baskets off the work surface between drops. A basket support rack sits inside the pot for controlled submersion, and a front-mounted power switch with indicator light gives the operator a clear at-a-glance status check.
