The Vulcan VC66E is a full-size electric convection oven built for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and bakeries that need dependable, high-volume cooking. With two decks and two independently operated stainless steel doors, it supports simultaneous cooking at different settings, so a chef can run roasts in one section while baking in the other.

Each deck offers an oven interior measuring 29 in wide by 26.12 in deep by 20 in high, with 11 rack positions and five nickel-plated oven racks included per section, for a total of 10 racks.
