Vulcan VC44ED Electric Convection Oven, Double Deck, Full Size, 25 kW, 480V 3-Phase

The Vulcan VC44E Series 40.25" Electric Convection Oven is a full-size, floor-model oven built for commercial kitchens that need consistent, high-volume baking and roasting. With two decks and four solid stainless steel doors, it suits restaurants, bakeries, and institutional food service operations where multiple batches run through the day.

Each deck provides an interior measuring 29 in wide by 22 1/8 in deep by 20 in high, with 11 rack positions and 10 nickel-plated oven racks included. The 28 1/4 in by 20 1/2 in rack size fits standard full-size sheet pans. A 2-speed oven blower motor moves air evenly through the cabinet, while the solid state temperature control holds settings from 150°F to 500°F. The 60 minute timer with audible alarm helps track bake times across both decks.

The cabinet is finished in silver stainless steel with a porcelain enamel on steel interior and double pane glass in the doors. A moisture vent and oven cool switch give operators control over humidity and cool-down between loads, and grab-and-go oven racks simplify loading and unloading. The oven runs on 480V, 3 phase, 60 Hz power at 28 amps and 25 kilowatts, with a 0.5 horsepower motor. It stands on four 8 in stainless steel legs as a floor model.
