Vulcan VC44ED Electric Convection Oven, Double Deck, Full Size, 12.5 kW, 208V 1-Phase

The Vulcan VC44E Series 40.25" Electric Convection Oven is a full-size, floor-model oven built for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and bakeries that need consistent results across two decks. With four solid stainless steel doors and a silver stainless steel exterior, it fits into a production line where durability and easy cleaning matter.

Each of the two decks offers an interior measuring 29 in W x 22 1/8 in D x 20 in H with a standard-depth porcelain enamel on steel lining. The oven ships with 10 nickel-plated oven racks, and 11 rack positions per deck let a chef adjust spacing for sheet pans, roasting pans, or proofing trays. A 2-speed oven blower motor moves air evenly through the cabinet, while the solid state temperature control holds settings from 150°F to 500°F.

The 60 minute timer with audible alarm helps staff track bake times without constant checking. A moisture vent and oven cool switch give operators control over humidity and cooldown between loads, and grab-and-go oven racks speed up loading and unloading during service. The double pane glass windows in the doors help retain heat and allow visual checks without opening the oven.

This electric convection oven runs on 208V, 60 Hz, 1 phase power at 12.5 kW and 120 amps, with a 0.5 horsepower motor. It stands on four 8" stainless steel legs and measures 40.25 in W x 41.125 in D x 70 in H, weighing 778 lb and shipping at 880 lb. It is UL Listed, cUL Listed, NSF Certified, and Energy Star rated. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
