Vulcan VC44EC Electric Convection Oven, Double Deck, Full Size, 12.5 kW, 240V 3-Phase

The Vulcan VC44E Series 40.25" Electric Convection Oven is a full size, floor model built for commercial kitchens that need consistent baking, roasting, and holding across two decks. With four solid stainless steel doors and a silver stainless steel exterior, it suits restaurant, bakery, and institutional foodservice operations where durability and easy cleaning matter.

Each of the two decks offers an interior measuring 29 in W x 22 1/8 in D x 20 in H, with 11 rack positions and 10 nickel plated oven racks included. The porcelain enamel on steel interior resists staining and simplifies wipe-downs, while the 8" stainless steel legs and four leg design keep the unit stable on the commercial kitchen floor. The 2 speed oven blower motor supports even heat distribution, and the double pane glass in the doors helps retain cavity temperature.

Computer controls with digital time and a 99 hour timer with audible alarm give chefs precise control over long production runs. The oven includes a moisture vent, oven cool switch, roast and hold cycle, 100 programmable menu selections, shelf I.D. programming, and grab-and-go oven racks. It operates on 240V, 60 Hz, 3 phase power at 66 amps and 12.5 kW, with a 0.5 horsepower motor. The unit is UL Listed, cUL Listed, NSF Certified, and Energy Star rated. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.

Shipping weight is 880 lb and product weight is 778 lb, so receiving and installation planning should account for a floor model of this size. The oven measures 40.25 in W x 41.125 in D x 70 in H and is sold as 1/Each. Proudly Made in America, the VC44E Series is positioned for commercial kitchens that require a full size electric convection oven with programmable controls and a two-deck footprint.
