The ProKitchen Series Gas Convection Oven is designed for restaurants, bakeries, catering operations, and commercial kitchen food preparation. This full-size gas convection oven features a double-deck configuration with 2 ovens and 4 doors. The unit measures 39" (L) x 39.5" (W) x 71" (H) and is suitable for high-volume cooking applications.Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and stainless steel doors, the oven features porcelainized interiors with deep-depth oven cavities. Each oven cavity measures 29" (W) x 25.87" (D) x 20" (H). Dual-pane thermal glass doors and interior chamber lights provide visibility during cooking, while each compartment includes 11-position rack guides and a total of 6 heavy-duty chrome-plated oven racks.The oven operates on natural gas and includes four stainless steel tube burners rated at 30,000 BTU each, delivering a total output of 120,000 BTU. Manual controls regulate temperatures from 100°F to 560°F. Additional operating features include automatic ignition, a 60-minute electric timer with bell, and a cooling down function.This unit operates on 120 V, 60 Hz, single-phase power, drawing 9.3 amps and utilizing a 1/6 HP motor. A 6 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug is included. The oven features four 6-inch casters, a micro switch door shut-off system, convertible gas capability with an LP conversion kit, and double-stacking construction.
