The ProKitchen Series Gas Convection Oven is designed for restaurants, bakeries, catering operations, and commercial kitchen food preparation. This full-size gas convection oven features a double-deck configuration with 2 ovens and measures 38" (L) x 43.3" (W) x 66" (H). The unit operates on natural gas and includes double-stacking construction for multi-level cooking operations.Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and porcelainized interiors, the oven features 4 doors with dual-pane thermal glass and interior chamber lighting. Each oven cavity measures 29" (W) x 25" (D) x 24" (H). The unit includes 8 heavy-duty chrome-plated oven racks and removable 13-position rack guides for rack placement options.The oven uses 6 direct-fired gas inshot burners rated at 18,000 BTU each, providing a total output of 108,000 BTU. The temperature range spans from 167°F to 563°F and is controlled through manual controls. Additional operating features include automatic ignition, dual-speed fan control, a 60-minute electric timer with bell, and a cooling down function.The oven operates on 120 V, 60 Hz, single-phase power and draws 9.3 amps with a 1/2 HP motor. A 6 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug is included. The unit features four casters, a rear NPT gas connection, a micro switch door shut-off system, and a 3/4" gas inlet connection.
